The
source leaders of the Performance Center have and continue to develop a proven
array of core frameworks, models, distinctions, theories, technologies and methodologies
that continue to be refined and improved through our action research and application
approach. This array of material has been derived from the academic body of knowledge
and from practitioner experts. Over the last 20 years, through its associations,
the Center has been gathering, synthesizing and integrating the best thinking
and material into practical and integrated applications. In addition, source
members have generated new models and material that have both benefited the public
and advanced the state-of-the-art of turning vision into results. We share our
collective knowledge through our Resource
Center Online, which is available to source members of the community. Our
knowledge and application tools are generally categorized across our Four Transformation
Cornerstones.
