Core to the mission of the Performance Center is providing and promoting quality education programs to the general public. Participants of our programs include executives, quality improvement professionals, high performance work teams, government leaders, public managers/servants, community leaders and educators. Our programs are designed for people from all types of businesses, government institutions, communities and academic disciplines. Our goal in offering these programs is to share our knowledge and expertise in leading and designing transformational change and to provide the opportunity to benchmark high-performing organizations.

Our Programs

The Symposium on Leading Transformational Change

Each year the Performance Center hosts a Symposium on Leading Transformational Change. The Symposium brings together members of the Performance Center community from across the US and abroad, who share share a commitment to living and leading at the transformational edge. The objectives of the Symposium are:

1. Engage a diverse, expert community of thought leaders in a unique conversation about leadership, consciousness and transformational change,
2. Foster deeper self-discovery and wisdom within the body of participants,
3. Discover a new facet of producing breakthrough results, and
4. Exchange practical ideas that work in leading change.
